Delivery available across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery within 1-2 business days within Dubai and within 1-3 business days in other emirates.
FREE delivery for orders over AED200. Delivery fee of AED15 applies to orders AED200 and under.
Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods or our outlet.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Full-priced items can be returned with 14 days from date of delivery or collection; sale items can be returned within 7 days from date of delivery or collection. To make a return, you can either call us at 800 233274 to arrange a pick up or take your item(s) to Sandro Dubai Mall store.

To arrange for our delivery partner to pick up your item(s) for return, get in touch with us by calling 800 233274. We’re available daily, from 9am to 9pm (GST).
Return in store
Visit the Sandro Dubai store to return your item(s). Check our store locator to check the store details. Please be ready to present your invoice.
Only new, unworn and clean products are eligible for return. All items must be in their original packaging with their labels and tags intact.
The following items are not eligible for return: jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products
Items bought during promotions on our website cannot be returned in store.
Refund for eligible products will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a debit or credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. Depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to reflect in your bank or credit card. If you paid through cash on delivery, your refund will be credited to your chosen bank account. Please expect a call from our customer service team to ask for the details of this bank account.
