Track an order

If you have an account, you may track the progress of your order at any time in the 'My Orders' section of the 'My Account' page. You will also find your order details and their status in this section, and you may also print your invoices.

Standard delivery within 1-2 working days within Dubai and within 1-3 working days in other Emirates

Free shipping on orders above AED 999

AED 20 delivery fee for orders AED 999 or below

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

 

⁠Free Express Delivery

  • Orders placed between 10:00 am - 05:00 pm will be delivered within 4 hours
  • Orders placed post 05:00 pm - 9:59 am will be delivered before 12:00 pm
  • The above is applicable only for orders within Dubai
  • For all other Emirates Standard Delivery service will be applicable
