Refund policy

FULL-PRICED ITEMS may be returned within 7 days from purchase date.

SALE ITEMS may be returned within 7 days from the purchase date.

ARCHIVE ITEMS are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Please present the tax invoice for the purchase.

Only products that are new, unworn and clean will be refunded.

The item(s) you want to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels.

If the item(s) being returned were received with a gift, the gift item must also be returned in its original condition.

The following items cannot be returned: Bags, belts, jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.

In-store returns will be refunded to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only. This policy helps us prevent misuse and ensure fair service for all customers.
