- 1. Neck Circumference: measured around base of neck.
- 2. Chest Circumference: measured at widest point of chest and shoulders.

• AED 20 delivery fee for orders AED 999 or below
• Delivery within 1-3 days. Orders including Archive items are delivered within 2–5 working days.
Click & Collect
• Free in-store pick up from The Dubai Mall.
• Orders that include Archive items are not eligible for Click & Collect at Dubai Mall.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
• Available for a flat fee of AED 25
• No minimum spends required
• Orders placed between 10:00 am - 06:00 pm will be delivered within 4 hours
• Orders placed post 06:00 pm - 9:59 am will be delivered before 12:00 pm
• The above is applicable only for orders to selected locations within Dubai
• For all other Emirates Standard Delivery service will be applicable
• Orders containing Archive items are not eligible for express delivery.
EASY RETURNS
• Free returns in store or by pickup (Final sale products not eligible)
• Full Price and Sale items may be returned within 7 days upon receipt of delivery
• Archive items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• All items being returned must be in original condition. If the item(s) being returned were received with a gift, the gift item must also be returned in its original condition. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bags, belts, jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.
We want to reassure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with current legal regulations: they take place within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data with our payment provider. At no time do we have access to your personal data regarding your means of payment, including credit cards, and we do not store them on our servers.
CREDIT CARD
Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express). After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited with the total amount of your order.

The payment for your order in installments without fees is processed securely, directly online via TABBY. Your payment will be split into 4 installments with no fees.

- Free basic alterations are offered on full-priced items purchased online (e.g., hemming, shortening sleeves, dresses, trousers).
- Basic alterations are free for online purchases; additional charges apply for more complex alterations.
- Alterations can be done at any Sandro store. Bring the item and your original receipt, and our staff will assist you.
- Once an item is altered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not offer alterations that change the item’s style, fit, or shape.
