• AED 20 delivery fee for orders AED 999 or below

• Free in-store pick up from The Dubai Mall.

• Orders that include Archive items are not eligible for Click & Collect at Dubai Mall.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
• Available for a flat fee of AED 25
• No minimum spends required
• Orders placed before 5 PM will
be processed the same day. Orders processed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day.
• The above is applicable only for orders to selected locations within Dubai
• For all other Emirates Standard Delivery service will be applicable

EASY RETURNS
• Free returns in store or by pickup (Final sale products not eligible)
• Full Price and Sale items may be returned within 7 days upon receipt of delivery

• Archive items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• All items being returned must be in original condition. If the item(s) being returned were received with a gift, the gift item must also be returned in its original condition. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bags, belts, jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.
