For Evelyne Chetrite, fashion is not simply a profession; it is a passion, a calling, and a legacy. More than just creation, she sees fashion as a language that conveys profound values, a vehicle for transmitting craftsmanship, and a bridge between generations.

At the heart of this vision, equal opportunities and the preservation of artisanal skills hold a fundamental place.​ Sandro is thus actively committed to the transmission of skills and the democratisation of these professions, by supporting initiatives that promote access to training and employment in the fashion industry.
